4. Online Shop – Natural Dog Treats

If purchasing products through our website:

We aim to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur (particularly with natural products).

A contract is formed when you receive order confirmation from us.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4.4 Returns & Refunds

  • Opened dog treats or perishable products cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

While Leanne is a qualified and experienced Veterinary Nurse, information provided on this website is for general guidance only and does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment.

If your pet is unwell or injured, please contact your vet immediately.
